Our ethical commitments
Drafted in 2004, the Group’s Charter and its Charter of Professional Ethics reaffirm the ambitions, values, commitments and principles of excellence of the AFD group.
They reiterate the fundamental principles of professional ethics that are exercised by agents both within the Group as well as outside of it:
- Respect for people, their dignity, their health,
- The importance of being impartial in one's judgments and professional choices,
- The need for transparency,
- Open-mindedness,
- Respect for confidentiality and professional secret,
- Concern about social and environmental impact.
