    Monegasque cooperation is a new partner for AFD. Several meetings have been held between AFD and Monegasque cooperation since 2008, which led to the signing of a Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, Monegasque cooperation and AFD in mid-2010.
