Career

Christophe Cottet has a doctorate in development economics from the French research centre CERDI, where he worked on issues relating to aid and debt sustainability. After serving as economist in the Cooperation Department of the French Embassy in Yaoundé, he joined AFD’s Macroeconomic Analysis and Country Risk Unit in 2008 to contribute to its analyses of the growth paths and economic vulnerabilities of the countries in which AFD operates.
