Pascal BROUILLET

Career

  • P ascal Brouillet joined the EVA Unit in October 2008. Pascal is an economist and has worked in the health and social protection sector in various development aid institutions both in France and abroad (notably AFD's Health Division, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the International Labour Organization and Handicap International). In the EVA Unit he is in charge of video-based evaluations of projects and NGO financing, aid effectiveness and capitalisation on financial access to basic services.
