Africa is more than ever a land of opportunity. A third of African countries are growing by more than 6%, and both projects and investments are increasing. To continue the development of the continent, the educational issue and the high-level training is the key.

Future leaders from all over the continent

For the third consecutive year, the LeAD Campus program will identify 35 participants from different African countries to help them develop their vision, their skills and their business project. This program is specially design for professionals from public and private sector, entrepreneurs, NGO managers, government executives ... One imperative: to be an experienced leader from an African country.

An innovative and wandering Training

These 35 talents will have a training related with their professional activity, combining online education and 3 face-to-face seminars: in Cape Town, Dakar and Paris.
The training consists of courses on business fundamentals, as well as leadership and CSR modules. It enables the 35 future leaders to reinforce their vision, their capacity to innovate, and to develop their project in a way that is coherent with the stakes of the African continent. Throughout the program, leaders are accompanied by a mentor, an experienced professional who will share their experience, know-how and network. Thus, be a part of the LeAD Campus program is the opportunity to expand its network of contacts and supports, and have a boost career increase.

Different backgrounds and an authentic sharing of experiences

The LeAD Campus program is in line with the needs of the companies and institutions on the continent. "We are convinced that the LeAD Campus Certificate is a response adapted to the needs of African companies and talents to refine initial training. This complementary approach is the hallmark of the program, "explains Nicolas Péjout, Director of Sciences Po Executive Education. Indeed, it is a pity to see many professionals receive excellent
training but be in difficulty to lead a team. This is what most companies on the continent need: leaders. And this is the proposal of the LeAD Campus program.

The AD Campus has given me more confidence in my project and the conviction more than ever that Africa will only reach its optimal development with real leadership from its sons and daughters!
