The Public Enterprise Governance Facilities

As part of the integration of the governance mandate, AFD is pursuing, in a more systematic way, the development of governance support for public companies. Two Public Enterprise Governance Facilities (PEGFs) were set up in 2018 and 2019. These facilities operate at the levels of:

• the institutional framework for relations between the State and public companies
• decision-making systems and procedures within public companies, and
• the organization of the transversal functions (fi nancial, commercial, Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility) of public companies.

They are complementary to the financing of investments by public companies.
