Test your knowledge with AFD’s Sustainable Development Goals quiz

This booklet presents stakeholders from around the world who are developing solutions for a fairer and more sustainable future, inspiring eco-delegates at middle and high school in particular.

Comic book "Coloc of Duty"
Middle and high schools
Created by French cartoonist Jul, the Coloc of Duty comic book takes a fun and offbeat look at our coexistence on Earth. An educational booklet published by Canopé (part of France’s National Education service) allows teachers to use the comic book to address SDGs in various subjects.

Teach your students about the SDGs thanks to our educational packs
AFD can provide teachers with educational resources on the SDGs. Through role-plays and the creation of podcasts, students can explore these complex issues, develop critical thinking skills, and enhance their awareness of the world around them.
Climate negotiation simulation pack
Middle and high schools
This educational pack, developed in conjunction with teachers and experts, includes six sessions that provide an understanding of climate change and allow students to recreate international negotiations. It encourages specific actions and includes stakeholder fact sheets to help students take on the role of climate negotiators.

Climate negotiation simulation pack – stakeholder fact sheets
Middle and high schools
Document accompanying the educational pack and containing stakeholder fact sheets required to recreate COP climate talks.

Biodiversity negotiation simulation pack
Middle and high schools
This pack allows students to recreate COP climate talks and try their hand at international negotiations. It offers a range of activities adapted to different levels as well as resource and country fact sheets. Pack can be used as a whole or in part.

A podcast competition for reinventing the world
Middle and high schools
Réinventer le monde ("Reinventing the World") is a program that invites middle and high school students to explore the SDGs through life stories from around the world. Students create podcasts about the world today and what it might look like in 2030, with the best of them going forward to a national competition.

Our awareness-raising projects in action
Teachers have successfully integrated AFD’s teaching methods into their classrooms. Using role-play scenarios and in-depth analysis of international solidarity issues, AFD offers a visual presentation of its awareness-raising initiatives in France.
