AFD regularly surveys its clients to assess the quality of the relationships it builds with its partners in the field. Feedback collected in 2021 and 2024 confirms a high level of trust, fostered by the proximity of its network of agencies and the quality of dialogue. It also underscores the growing importance that the Group’s clients place on its role as a platform and as a catalyst for mobilizing other financial actors in support of their development projects.
