More than Business

This program explores the various dimensions of leadership, management and the running of a business.

Africa’s opportunities and challenges, as well as the new demands of sustainable development, require new models of organization, which are more creative, innovative and inclusive. That will have ramifications for the management of resources, of carbon footprints and social inclusion.

Participants will complete a project whose contribution or innovation will have a positive impact on sustainable development in Africa, and the project will be contemporaneous with the course.

In this way, students can apply what they are learning in real life. Students will use the project to focus on a theme that they want to work on, develop, and deepen their understanding of throughout the program, and which they will in turn be able to apply on the African continent.

AUDIENCE

The programme brings together leaders:

  • From the private sector: entrepreneurs, SME directors, top executives from national, multinational corporations and social business pioneers;
  • From the public, non-profit and civil society sectors: civil servants, economic policy officers, NGO managers.

Course Objectives:

Complete your project with an eye to making a positive impact on sustainable development on the African continent.
