Processing of collected data
 

Any information collected about you is the responsibility of AFD and is processed for the purpose of managing your request via the site's contact form. You can, in accordance with the conditions set down by the applicable regulations, access your data or request that it be erased. You also have the right to object, the right to rectify, and the right to restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, or for any questions about the processing of your data, you can contact AFD Group's Data Protection Officer (DPO) by e-mail: informatique.libertes@afd.fr. If you feel that your rights are still not being respected after having received a response from the DPO, you may file a complaint with the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority).
