Partnerships between local authorities to exchange and enrich public policy are a key lever for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Designed for States and State-guaranteed public entities, our fixed-rate loan option secures debt service amounts.

The AdaptAction program finances technical assistance and capacity-building activities in countries that are particularly vulnerable to the effects of climate change.

A PPP is a tool that allows a public entity to delegate the construction of infrastructure or the management of a service to a private company.

Cities and Climate in Africa (CICLIA)
Cities and Climate in Africa (CICLIA) supports African cities in the preparation of low-carbon and resilient urban projects. More specifically, CICLIA funds studies and technical assistance to help African local authorities tackle climate change.
