With the support of Ipsos France, AFD conducted its first customer and partner survey at the end of 2021. One thousand of its counterparts were questioned and nearly 30% of them responded to the survey. In addition to these results, qualitative interviews were then carried out among a representative sample.
The study highlighted the quality of AFD’s business relations with its partners and the level of trust between AFD employees and their contacts in the field, while also identifying important areas for improvement. The survey can thus be used to inform and improve the relevance of AFD’s ongoing projects and the results justify the adoption of new tools to meet our customers’ requirements.
