This document is a summary of the 2025 Sustainability Statement, published in June 2026. AFD Group has voluntarily published its first sustainability report, improving transparency and governance in accordance with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

The sustainability statement meets the requirements of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The report is based on a robust materiality assessment that simultaneously evaluates the impact of the Group’s activities on society and the environment, as well as the effect of sustainability issues on its own financial performance. It highlights the Group’s positive environmental, social, and governance impacts while improving the reliability of its reported data.
