Rwanda: how does access to electricity change lives?

This project, financed by the World Bank and AFD, aims to improve access to a modern electricity network for households, businesses and public institutions in Rwanda, and to boost the efficiency of electricity services. A total of 150,000 connections will be installed. Report from Musanze, where many connections have already been installed.
