François Parmantier

François Parmantier was previously Director of Administration. His career has alternated between positions both in AFD’s operational and support activities at headquarters and in the network. Sylvie Boyer has succeeded him as Director of Administration, a position he had held since 2016. He has been appointed Director of AFD’s Internal Audit Department, where he is responsible for the periodic and ex post evaluation of the internal control system set up by senior management, in accordance with regulations on the internal control of companies in the banking, payment services and investment services sectors subject to the control of the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR). He graduated from IEP Grenoble and Paris IX Dauphine. He joined AFD in 1994.”
