Professional experience
Sylvie Boyer was born in 1969 and graduated as a public accountant. She joined AFD Group after working for eight years in an audit firm. Sylvie started her career at AFD in the Financial Department of IEOM (French overseas note-issuing bank). She subsequently worked for 11 years in AFD’s Financial Department where she held positions in financial management control, before becoming Head of the Accounts Division. Sylvie joined the Internal Audit Department in 2015 as Deputy Director. In September 2021, she was appointed Director of the Administration Department which includes the IT, Real Estate, Legal and Security Departments, as well as the Procurement Division.
