Overview
Sylvie Boyer graduated as a Public Accountant and began her career in an audit firm, where she worked for eight years. She subsequently joined the Financial Department of the IEOM (French Overseas Territories currency-issuing bank), before joining AFD, where she worked for 11 years in the Financial Management Control Department, then becoming Head of Accounts. In 2015, Sylvie Boyer joined the Internal Audit Department as Deputy Director. In September 2021, she was appointed Director of the Administration department, which includes the IT, Real Estate and Logistics, Legal, Security and Procurement departments.
