A partnership for the energy transition in Vietnam

AFD and Vietnam Electricity (EVN) have been partners for over 20 years. To illustrate the strength of this collaboration, let us take you on a tour of two emblematic projects supported by AFD: Se San 4 solar power plant and the extension of the Ialy hydropower plant, both located in Gia Lai province. In total, these facilities will generate an additional 400MV per year to sustainably meet Vietnam's growing electricity demand.
