Sophie Sophie Derudder

Sophie Derudder is a graduate of Telecom SudParis (2005) and holds a master’s degree in public management jointly awarded by ENA and Université Paris-Dauphine (2011).

From 2005 to 2008, she worked as a financial auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2008, she joined the French Court of Auditors, where she contributed to the certification of the French government’s accounts and took part in audit assignments for various United Nations programs.

In 2011, she joined AFD’s Internal Audit Department, where she conducted numerous internal audit missions over four years, both at headquarters and across the network.

Since 2015, she has held managerial positions, first as Deputy Director of AFD’s agency in Brazzaville (Republic of the Congo), then in Dakar (Senegal).

She joined Campus AFD in 2023 as Deputy Director and was appointed Acting Executive Director in October 2025.
