Our programs
At the heart of AFD Group’s research are: the fight against inequality; ecological transition; the commons-based approach to sustainable development; and economic analyses of the countries where we operate.
At the intersection of several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this multidisciplinary and innovative work is structured around flagship programs and gives special priority to the African continent.

The publishing house Éditions Agence française de développement releases research and evaluation work on sustainable development, carried out in collaboration with numerous partners from both the Global North and South.
With a catalog of over 1,000 titles and an average of 80 new publications each year, Éditions Agence française de développement promotes the sharing of knowledge and expertise.
