India: Cleaner, greener public open spaces with CITIIS

Agartala Smart City Limited, together with support from AFD and the EU under the CITIIS program, is determined to bring the city's public spaces back to life. The Howrah Riverfront Development Project aims to rejuvenate the area around the Howrah river by developing recreational spaces, cycling paths, open gyms, learning playgrounds and seasonal gardens to create safe, inclusive public spaces.
