Today, while continuing its collaborations on several research projects on the interrelations between economic stability and biodiversity (especially in Africa), he is leading the development of a GEMMES macroeconomic model applied to South Africa, aimed at analysing the macro-financial implications of changes in energy, water and agricultural systems.
