Mapping capacity of the labor and training in order to enhance the capacity of human resources in the renewable energy industry for Ninh Thuan province

This study assesses the employment situations in Ninh Thuan province, Vietnam, through the lens of green job criteria, and to identify human resource challenges related to the renewable energy (RE) sector, specifically onshore wind and solar power. A case study approach is applied, combining secondary data analysis with both qualitative and quantitative interviews with key stakeholders. Additionally, the study employs the JEDI model to project employment demand in the wind and solar energy sectors in line with the province’s development plan through 2030.
