Reducing inequality, promotion inclusion: 2025 Activity report

In 2025, AFD Group strengthened its commitment to reducing multidimensional inequalities* and to promoting inclusion. These efforts aim to foster fairer and more equitable development pathways. To this end, it mobilizes all its financial instruments, its expertise, and its partnerships with the European Union and the OECD.
* People are affected by inequality not only in terms of income and standard of living: they can also suffer from inequality in access to essential services and because of their gender, age, or place of residence, etc. These inequalities can also overlap and reinforce one another.
