AFD Group and the Western Balkans

AFD Group’s mandate is to support the convergence of western Balkans countries towards european Union standards and the implementation of the Paris climate agreement.

Composed of AFD, Proparco and Expertise France, the group finances development projects with public and private partners, as well as technical cooperation programs, in support of an inclusive growth and low-carbon trajectory.
