Migration: Activity report 2025

In line with France’s interministerial “Migration and Development” strategy (2023–2030), AFD Group substantially expanded its work in 2025 around three priorities:
- building on the contributions of migration to development;
- promoting safe, orderly, and regular migration that respects human rights;
- and addressing vulnerabilities associated with forced displacement.
